Instead of planning something in the midst of winter, where we all have to drive to Oshkosh or some center point for a State meeting, would it make sense to try to find an hour or two at some point during Halloween Open to meet?

I know not many like getting up early, but I'm not sure how many in the committee will be playing Rookie Singles Saturday morning, and Beginner Singles starts at 10:00am.

That could give us somewhere from 9am - 11am or so (and some people could leave to play if they were playing Rookie).

Otherwise perhaps Sunday sometime during the 4-person team event?

If there's no interest we could always schedule another day, usually they seem to last anywhere from 2-3 hours but if we actually stuck to an agenda I think we could cut it down.

A lot of this probably revolves around if some Madison and Fox Valley guys can commit to it.

Any thoughts? Concerns? Anecdotes?

I'll show up to give my inputs and ideas. But I think Mike Buss aka "Street" has alot of info regarding that. You would have to speak to him on here or maybe you have his phone number. If not let me know and I will get it to you if he allows me.. HAHA
